Palm Springs Aerial Tramway
The worlds largest rotating tram car, travels over 2.5 miles to the beautiful wilderness of the Mt San Jacinto State Park. This 10 minute journey offers spectacular views of the valley below during the ride up. Once you have arrived at the mountain station (8,516 feet elevation) there are two restaurants, hiking trails, and a natural history museum to enjoy. Remember to book your tickets in advance and that the weather is usually 30 degrees cooler at the top, so pack accordingly!
